Terms of Service – LVMH Staff

• This is offered to all LVMH Staff based in Korea only.
• Each LVMH staff can reserve MH products only via e-platform and all submitted reservations cannot be changed or canceled.
• Payment is completed by credit card only.
• In a regular ‘Year-round’ staff purchase, each LVMH staff is entitled KRW 2,500,000 as a monthly total maximum purchase amount. The entitlement will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward to next month.
• While the Seasonal sale is on, each LVMH staff will be entitled additional KRW 1,500,000 as a maximum purchase amount.
• All items are available while stock is available.
• Self pick-up can be rescheduled/delayed in case of unexpected condition.
• All information is strictly confidential
• This sales benefit is extended to LVMH Staff for personal use or genuine gifts to family and friends without monetary or non-monetary reimbursement. Resale of products purchases from this sales event with or without profits or commission or any kind of benefits is strictly forbidden.
• Moët Hennessy Korea reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.
