Made for celebration, haute couture and fine dining, the 2023 vintage of Château Minuty's 281 is a delicate, indulgent and bold Provence rosé that pairs particularly well with food.
Presented in a designer bottle featuring a striking splash of Pantone 281 blue to evoke the Mediterranean Sea that so influenced the character of the grapes, it's advised to serve it chilled, not cold, so it can stand strong against heavy flavour pairings.

BLEND AND ORIGIN

A plot selection of Château Minuty's three main terroirs goes into this vintage, bringing loads of fresh fruit flavours with mineral and flinty notes providing excellent structure.

The wine has been cultivated from a clonal selection of 25-year-old grenache vines and influenced by Château Minuty’s proximity to the sea.

Grenache (90%) is joined by 5% of syrah to bring in a spicy and peppery aftertaste and the blend is rounded off with 5% of rolle.

The grapes are harvested by hand, then de-stemming and crushing are followed by low- temperature alcoholic fermentation.
